At the time of arrival we noticed that the hot tub was not working so we reached out and they had their maintenance team there the next day (on a Sunday) the maintenance team had to hire a spa company for repairs, but unfortunately, this spa company did not make the repairs before we left. They knew how important the hot tub was for our stay and credited us for the hot tub, not being ready during our stay. They are very responsive to our stay and would highly recommend staying with them again

What a charming place!  The location was perfect.  Just a few steps from so many nice places to eat and shop.  The apartment was very clean and well kept.  It had some beautiful original fireplaces.  The host responded very quickly to questions and was very helpful.  I will be back.

Great place, very clean and comfortable!  We had everything we needed.  Perfect for walking and exploring the area, wonderful restaurants and coffee and cute boutique-like shops just on other side of lovely park.  Would definitely book again!

our originally booked location had not been seen by tge cleaners so they moved us to a larger house down the road. it was beautiful and perfect for our group.

We had a great weekend stay in Columbus.  This location was so close to everything we wanted to do:  German Village, the Museum of Art and the Franklin Conservatory were all within minutes.  Upon arrival, I was a bit concerned because the area was a bit rundown, but we had no safety issues.  (The drone photos provided with the listing show an accurate representation of the area.)<br/>It was so easy to get in to the unit and Benjamin was great at communication.  I appreciated the free parking.  The unit was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the TV's in both bedrooms and living room. The kitchen was great for light meal prep.  <br/>We recommend visiting Fox in the Snow for breakfast  and Jeni's ice cream for a treat.

This Airbnb was perfect for our family. Great location with lots of walkable bars/restaurants and everything else was a quick drive away! The neighborhood is lovely. The house was just as pictured and described. Super clean. We felt right at home. The custom gates at the top and bottom of the staircase was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated feature with two young toddlers!! We will definitely stay again next time we visit!
